We diligently monitor updates from the U.S. Department of State to ensure all destinations are secure for our travelers. Our commitment to safety extends to thorough inspections of hotels, motor coaches, and restaurants to ensure they meet our stringent standards. We also provide comprehensive training for our local program directors, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle any situation.

We are committed to open and consistent communication before, during, and after our programs. Senior-level staff are available to parents, students, and leaders 24/7, ensuring immediate responses at any time of day or night. Airfare and Transportation
Round-trip airfare.
All local transport, including motor coach, train and ferries to included excursions and activities.
Our motor coaches are regularly inspected, air conditioned and equipped with seat belts.

All hotels are carefully selected and inspected and meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
Site Visits and Attractions
For in-depth site visits, local experts join your group. These licensed local guides are experienced, knowledgeable and trained professionals.
We handle all arrangements and reservations for excursions, site visits, lectures, workshops and activities as outlined in your program details.
Meals
We include daily breakfast and dinner, and select lunches, with thoughtfully planned menus to reflect local culture, flavors and specialties. Please see your program itinerary for specifics on included meals.
Special events, dinner shows and cooking classes are also included on most programs.
Program Director
A full-time professional Program Director meets the group upon arrival at the destination airport and remains with them until they check-in at the airport for their return flight home.
Program Directors expertly manage all the trip logistics, ensuring a seamless travel experience. In addition, they provide cultural insights and tips that only a local expert can offer.

Pre-Program Preparation
Preparing to be a Global Citizen starts well before you depart on your program.
Seminars and Meetings
Students will participate in online preparation meetings led by staff, program leaders and subject experts to learn more about the different cultures, people, and history of the destinations that they will visit. We will also make sure all questions are answered from packing tips to currency exchange and what to expect when you touch down at your destination.
Community Service
Becoming a Global Citizen starts at home. Students are encouraged to complete 5 hours of community service of their choice in their local area before departing on the program.
