Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 - New York City
Board your flight to New York City. Upon arrival meet your local Travel Director and transfer to your centrally located hotel. This afternoon enjoy an orientation walking tour of Midtown Manhattan before your welcome dinner in The Big Apple! Tonight, see the city from the top of the Empire State Building!

Day 2 - New York City

This morning, head down to the Financial District to see the iconic New York Stock Exchange Building and walk down Wall Street. Later, visit the 9/11 Memorial and learn more about the tragic events of that day that changed our history and future. Later, head out to Ellis Island to visit the National Immigration Museum and the Statue of Liberty.

Day 3 - New York City

This morning take a tour of Central Park, the most visited urban park in the country! Next, you’ll visit the American Museum of Natural History, the mission of which “to discover, interpret, and disseminate - through scientific research an education - knowledge about human cultures, the natural world, and the universe.” After lunch, explore famous sights of Manhattan, such as Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. This evening, attend a Broadway show!

Day 4 - Boston

Take a train from NYC to Boston, the capital of Massachusetts and New England’s largest city. After lunch, take a guided walking tour along the 2.5 mile long Freedom Trail and discover some of Boston’s most famous sites, including Old State House, Faneuil Hall, Paul Revere’s House, Old North Church and the Bunker Hill Monument. After dinner, visit Fanueil Hall, and explore the many shops, and cafes!

Day 5 - Boston
This morning, take the train to visit Salem, MA, famous for its 1692 witch trials, during which several locals were executed for allegedly practicing witchcraft, visit the Witch House. After lunch, return to Cambridge, and visit the beautiful campus of Harvard University and Harvard Square. Established in 1636, this prestigious, Ivy League school is the oldest institute of higher learning in the United States.

Day 6 - Departure Day

Transfer to the airport for your group return flight home.
