Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Orlando & Evening at Disney Springs

Arrive in sunny Orlando and meet your Tour Manager, who will guide your group through an exciting week of music, performance, and theme-park exploration. After checking into your hotel and settling into your rooms, enjoy a relaxed welcome dinner at a student-friendly restaurant.

As night falls, head to Disney Springs, a vibrant lakeside village filled with live entertainment, unique shops, and the unmistakable magic of Disney. From street performers to world-class treats, this is the perfect place to soak in your first taste of Orlando’s creative spirit. Return to the hotel for a short group meeting and a well-earned night of rest.

Day 2: Walt Disney World

Begin the morning with breakfast at the hotel before setting off for your first full day at Walt Disney World. Depending on your group’s interests, choose from four iconic parks:

• Magic Kingdom – a world of castles, parades, and classic attractions

• EPCOT – global culture, STEM innovation, and immersive pavilions

• Hollywood Studios – movie magic, musical shows, and thrilling rides

• Animal Kingdom – wildlife encounters and lush themed landscapes

Spend the day exploring rides and live shows, creating unforgettable group photos, and experiencing the creativity that defines Disney. Enjoy dinner inside the park before gathering for one of Disney’s spectacular nighttime shows—whether it’s Happily Ever After or Luminous: The Symphony of Us.

Day 3: Disney Day 2 & Disney Imagination Campus Workshop

After breakfast, head back to Walt Disney World to continue your adventure with a second park of your choice. Enjoy morning attractions and immersive lands before transitioning into the educational highlight of the program: your Disney Imagination Campus Master Clinic or Performance.

Led by professional Disney musicians and teaching artists, this specialized workshop focuses on:

• Ensemble blend, balance, and musicianship

• Interpretation and expression

• Rehearsal skills used by working performers

• Real-world insight into the arts and entertainment industry

Students rehearse with Disney professionals, receive individualized feedback, and deepen their understanding of what it takes to perform at a high level. After the workshop or performance, enjoy free time in the park for more attractions and dinner. End the night with additional rides or shows before returning to the hotel.

Day 4: Universal Orlando Resort

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off for a full day at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, or the newest addition, Epic Universe.

From cinematic rides and immersive lands to live shows and character encounters, Universal’s parks bring storytelling to life in a completely different way. Students can enjoy everything from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to thrilling coasters, movie sets, and themed dining. Gather for a group dinner inside the park before returning to the hotel for a final-night social, pool time, or a group reflection activity.

Day 5: Farewell Orlando & Departure

After breakfast and hotel checkout, enjoy a final group activity depending on your flight schedule—perhaps a quick stop at the outlets, a stroll through Universal CityWalk, or a relaxed group gathering. Depart Orlando with unforgettable memories, stronger musicianship, and new friendships forged through a shared week of creativity, performance, and pure fun
