Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Departure Day
Embark on your overnight flight from the USA (EWR/JFK/BOS) to Italy. Prepare for an unforgettable journey through history, culture, and stunning landscapes.
Day 2: Sorrento Area
Arrive in Rome, where your Italian odyssey begins. After clearing customs, meet your Travel Director and head to Ostia Antica, an ancient port city brimming with Roman history. Later, continue to the breathtaking Sorrento area, where you'll enjoy dinner and settle in for the night.
Day 3: Sorrento Area
Step back in time with a guided tour of Pompeii, the city frozen in time by volcanic ash. After a leisurely lunch, delve into the ruins of Herculaneum for another guided exploration. Return to Sorrento in the evening for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Rome
Journey to Rome with stops at the mystical Cave of the Sibyl in Cumae and the Tiberius Villa in Sperlonga, a coastal treasure. En route, visit Hadrian's Villa, an expansive estate that once belonged to a Roman Emperor. Arrive in Rome and cap off the day with a delightful dinner, followed by a visit to the iconic Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
Day 5: Rome
Dive into the heart of ancient Rome with a guided tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Capitoline Museum. In the afternoon, wander through the vibrant streets of Rome, exploring the Largo di Torre Argentina, the awe-inspiring Pantheon, and the lively Piazza Navona.
Day 6: Rome
Hop on the high-speed train for a full-day excursion to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. Enjoy a guided tour that includes a visit to the magnificent Duomo. Return to Rome in the evening, just in time for dinner.
Day 7: Rome
Start your day at the Gladiator School at Castrum Legionis, where you'll get a taste of ancient Roman combat training. Continue to the grand Baths of Caracalla, then stroll along the historic Appian Way, visiting the Circus of Maxentius, the Tomb of Cecilia Metella, and the Villa dei Quintili.
Day 8: Rome
Begin your morning at the Circus Maximus, then explore the temples of Hercules and Portunus, and cross the ancient Pons Fabricius. Visit the Theater of Marcellus before taking public transportation to the Domus Aurea for a guided tour of this opulent Roman palace.
Day 9: Rome
Your local guide will take you on a captivating tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. In the afternoon, you have the option to attend a thrilling Six Nations rugby match between Italy and Ireland (price to be determined). Spend your last evening in Rome soaking in the city’s atmosphere.
Day 10: Return Home
Bid Italy arrivederci as you transfer to the airport for your return flight to the USA, bringing home memories of a lifetime.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including by email. The date of the cancellation is the date on which we receive the notice. Payments cannot be transferred to another account.
Cancellation Fees:
179-100 days prior to departure
- Full refund less a $1100 cancellation fee.
99-60 days prior to departure
- Full refund less a $1500 cancellation fee.
59 days or less prior to departure
- No refund.
