Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1:
Travel to Philadelphia, stretch your legs, and get ready to run up the “Rocky Stairs” at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and take in the vast views of the city from the top! Next, continue on a walking tour of some of Philadelphia’s most iconic sites, including Franklin Court, The Bank of the United States, Washington Square Park, Christ Church, Betsy Ross House, Elfreth’s Alley and Independence Hall, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the birthplace of the Declaration of Independence and the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Next, check into your hotel, and get ready for your dinner and dance party on a river boat cruise along Philadelphia’s scenic and historic waterfront!
Day 2:
This morning, visit the The National Constitution Center to learn the story of the Constitution from Revolutionary times to the present through more than 100 interactive, multimedia exhibits, film, photographs, text, and artifacts, including a screening of Freedom Rising, an inspiring, 17-minute multimedia theatrical production. Take some time to explore Independence Mall, considered “America’s Most Historic Square Mile” and visit the Liberty Bell Center, to see the 2,080 pound Liberty Bell, which was rung to announce the Declaration of Independence. Later, enjoy lunch at The Reading Terminal Market, and try a famous Philly Cheesesteak, or choose from one of the many restaurants and cafes in this historic landmark. This afternoon chose* to visit one of Philadelphia’s top museums - including The Franklin Institute, a leading science and technology museum, the Mutter Museum, America’s first medical museum, The Eastern State Penitentiary, which was once the most famous prison in the world, or the Museum of the American Revolution. Tonight, attend a Philadelphia Phillies game and have dinner at the game!
*Students and their teachers will be divided into smaller groups during the tours of Independence Hall and The National Constitution Center.
Day 3
This morning, depart Philadelphia for New Jersey, and catch the ferry at Liberty State Park to Liberty Island. Take some time to explore Liberty Island and capture the perfect photo of the Statue of Liberty. Later, return to your motor coach for your trip home.

Cancel 75 days or more prior to departure: $150 cancelation fee
Cancel 45-74 days prior to departure: $300 cancelation fee
Cancel 15-44 days prior to departure: $500 cancelation fee
Cancel 14 days or under prior to departure: No refund.

This medical cancellation protection plan is provided by The Global Citizen Program. The plan provides a full refund (less $95 paid for the plan) if your child needs to cancel their program up to 24 hours prior to departure for medical reasons. A doctor’s note is required. This plan must be purchased when you enroll on the program.
