Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Flight to France

Depart from Boston to Nice, France.

Day 2: Welcome to Nice

Arrive in Nice and meet your Program Director before transferring to your hotel. After dropping off your luggage, head out on an orientation walk through the colorful streets of Old Town (Vieux Nice). Explore the famous Cours Saleya Market—filled with fresh flowers, local produce, and Provençal specialties—and follow the winding alleys to the iconic Promenade des Anglais, with sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Enjoy a group welcome dinner in the evening.

Day 3: Exploring the French Riviera

Begin your day with a short train ride to glamorous Monaco. Visit the Prince’s Palace, perched above the harbor, and see the ceremonial square where the daily changing of the guard takes place. Continue to the Monte Carlo district to admire the famous Casino Square, luxury boutiques, and superyachts lining the marina. Return to Nice in the evening for dinner.

Day 4: Discover the Hilltop Village of Èze

Travel to Èze, a stunning medieval village rising above the coastline. Wander its narrow cobblestone lanes filled with artisan workshops, perfume boutiques, and art galleries. Visit the hilltop Jardin Exotique d’Èze for panoramic views from Nice to Monaco and explore its unique collection of rare succulents and cactus species. Then tour the Fragonard Perfume Factory to learn how master perfumers craft traditional French fragrances. Enjoy free time to explore, visit the village church, or enjoy a picnic overlooking the coast before returning to Nice for dinner.

Day 5: Flight to Spain — Welcome to the Costa del Sol

Transfer to the airport for your morning flight from Nice to Málaga. After arriving in Spain, explore Málaga’s Old Town: visit the Catedral de la Encarnación (the “One-Armed Lady”), walk up to the Moorish Alcazaba Fortress with its beautiful courtyards, and see the ancient Roman Theatre at its base. Travel to Torremolinos, settle into your hotel, and take a relaxing beach walk before gathering for dinner.

Day 6: Day Trip to Seville

Board your private motorcoach for a full-day excursion to Seville, one of Spain’s most vibrant and historic cities. Visit the spectacular Plaza de España, famous for its ornate tilework and semicircular canal. Explore the Royal Alcázar, known for its lush gardens and intricate Mudéjar architecture. Then tour Seville Cathedral—one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world—and see the tomb of Christopher Columbus. Finish with a guided walk through the charming Barrio Santa Cruz before returning to Torremolinos.

Day 7: Day Trip to Córdoba (Private Bus)

Travel by private bus to Córdoba, a city rich with Islamic, Jewish, and Christian heritage. Visit the breathtaking Mezquita, famous for its forest of red-and-white arches and its dramatic blend of mosque and cathedral architecture. Explore the historic Jewish Quarter, with its narrow whitewashed lanes, flower-filled patios, and artisan shops. Spend time wandering through local cafés and boutiques before returning to Torremolinos for dinner.

Day 8: Mediterranean Life in Mijas

Spend the day in the picturesque village of Mijas, known for its whitewashed houses, terraced viewpoints, and charming plazas. Stroll past pottery shops, local craft studios, and scenic overlooks with views stretching across the Mediterranean. Return to Torremolinos in the afternoon for a relaxing picnic on the beach, followed by your farewell dinner.

Day 9: Departure Day

Transfer to the airport for your flight home to Boston!.
