Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 – April 2, 2027 | Travel to Orlando • Evening at Universal CityWalk

Depart the school by motorcoach in the morning and begin your journey to Orlando, Florida. Along the way, enjoy rest stops and time to relax with your group as excitement builds for the days ahead. Upon arrival in Orlando, check in to your off-property hotel located near Universal Orlando Resort, offering convenient access and daily breakfast. After time to freshen up, head to Universal City Walk for dinner on ownand free time. This lively entertainment district is filled with restaurants, shops, and music, giving students their first taste of the energy and atmosphere of Universal.

Day 2 – April 3 | Universal Studios Florida • Performance Day (B, L, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure with your 2-day, 3 park Park-to-Park ticket. Spend the morning exploring immersive attractions and themed environments, from movie-inspired rides to live shows. Highlights may include attractions based on blockbuster films and behind-the-scenes experiences that showcase storytelling through music, sound, and production. Or explore thrilling rides and immersive lands, from superhero adventures to mythical worlds. At a scheduled time, your band will participate in a performance at Universal Orlando, providing an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent in a professional setting. Performing in a world-class entertainment destination is both a rewarding and memorable experience for students. After the performance, continue enjoying the park at your leisure.

Day 3 – April 4 | Epic Universe (B, L, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting Universal’s newest and highly anticipated theme park, Epic Universe. This cutting-edge park offers next-level attractions, innovative storytelling, and immersive environments that bring new worlds to life. Students will experience firsthand how music, technology, and creative design come together to create unforgettable entertainment experiences. Return to hotel.

Day 4 – April 5 | Return Home (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out and beginning your return home. Reflect on an exciting and rewarding trip filled with performance, fun, and shared experiences. Students return home with lasting memories- from performing on a professional stage to exploring some of the most innovative theme parks in the world.
