Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 - Overnight Flight
Board your overnight flight from Boston to Casablanca.
Day 2 - Rabat
Arrive into Casablanca, and transfer by private motor coach to your hotel in Rabat. Later today, start exploring on an orientation walking tour of the city. Tonight, join your group’s welcome dinner!
Did You Know?
Casablanca used to be known as “Anfa” until the 15th century when the country was taken over by Portugal. At first, the Portuguese called it Casa Branca, until the Spanish changed it into Casablanca, meaning white house.
Day 3 - Tangier
This morning, take an in-depth city tour of Rabat, the capital of Morocco. You’ll see evidence of the city’s French Colonial and Islamic heritage as you explore this beautiful city. Visit the 12th century Hassan Tower, and then the Mohamed V Mausoleum. Later, continue north to the coastal city of Tangier that sits on the Strait of Gibraltar, and serves as one of the most important ports between Africa and Europe. Tangier is over 2,500 years old, and today is home to many different cultures and nationalities.
Day 4 - Tangier
Enjoy guided tour of Tangier, that includes the bustling Medina, the old walled city within Tangier. Dating back to the 14th century, this walled area is overflowing with shops and vendors selling everything from produce, meats, spices and flowers to rugs, textiles, silks and more. Walk your way through the Medina to visit the historic Kasbah, this former citadel dates from around the 10th century, and to this day, still retains much of its original characteristics. Later, take a camel ride and learn more about the local culture and history from your guide.
The Blue City
Every two years in Chefchaouen, the residents have a festival and repaint the town blue to maintain the color and keep it looking fresh!
Day 5 - Chefchaouen
This morning travel to Tetouan, a city in northern Morocco on the Mediterranean Sea. Explore the Medina, which was designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985. Later this afternoon, travel to Chefchaouen, Morocco’s “Blue City” and settle into your hotel and have dinner.
Day 6 - Chefchaouen
This morning explore Chefchaouen's hidden corners, bustling markets, and mountain views as you walk its charming cobbled streets. See Great Mosque and the gardens of the Kasbah. This afternoon, visit the waterfalls and river at Ras El-maa. Tonight, take an interactive cooking class and learn to make local dishes that you’ll enjoy for tonight’s dinner.
Day 7 - Fez
This morning, visit the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis, where you will get a chance to see the preserved original mosaics, city layout and Roman Road. Next stop is in Moulay Idriss, this whitewashed town sits between two green hills and is one of the country’s most important pilgrimage site. Next, make a stop to visit to a local olive farm to learn about olive oil production. Tonight, enjoy some local music and entertainment during your group’s dinner in Fez.

Fez is considered the oldest city in Morocco. The city's medieval architecture and narrow streets have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 8 - Fez
Today, take a guided tour of Fez, the countries “cultural capital.” You’ll visit the many hidden treasures of the Medina, including the University of Al Karaouine, the famous tanneries, Attarine Medersa, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and views of the Royal Palace.
Day 9 - Casablanca
This morning start your drive back to Casablanca and visit to the Hassan II Mosque (time permitting). Check into your hotel, and meet your group for your farewell dinner.
Day 10 - Departure Day
Transfer by private motor coach to the airport for your return flight to the US.
