Day 1 – April 1: Travel Day & Disney Springs

Your journey begins as you depart Phoenix for Orlando—a place where creativity, performance, and imagination come to life. After arriving, transfer to your hotel, check in, and take some time to settle in after a day of travel.

This evening, head out together to Disney Springs, a lively waterfront district filled with energy, music, and endless things to explore. Wander through unique shops, enjoy dinner with your group, and take in the atmosphere—it’s the perfect start to your Orlando experience.

Day 2 – April 2: Performance Day & Disney Magic

Today is the moment you’ve been preparing for…your ensemble will take the stage as part of Festival Disney, performing for a panel of nationally recognized collegiate music educators alongside a Disney teaching artist. You’ll receive thoughtful, detailed feedback—both written and recorded—designed to help you grow as musicians and performers. Following your performance, take part in a personalized clinic where you’ll work directly with experts to refine your sound, strengthen your skills, and elevate your performance.

Spend the rest of the day inside one of the iconic Walt Disney World Resort parks—riding attractions, exploring with friends, and soaking in the experience.

Day 3 – April 3: Park Exploration & Awards Celebration

Wake up ready for another full day immersed in the magic of Disney. Whether it’s revisiting favorite attractions or discovering something new, today is all about enjoying the experience together.

Later, come together for the Festival Disney Awards Ceremony, held inside one of the parks. Celebrate your group’s accomplishments and share in a moment of recognition alongside talented ensembles from across the country—an experience that captures the energy, effort, and pride of everything you’ve worked toward.

Day 4 – April 4: Return Home

After an unforgettable few days of performance, connection, and fun, it’s time to head home. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Phoenix, bringing back new skills, stronger bonds, and memories that will stay with you long after the trip ends.
