Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome to New York City
Arrive in New York City, America’s cultural capital and home to world-class theater, music, and art. From your first glimpse of the skyline to the energy of the streets, NYC sets the stage for an unforgettable performing arts adventure.
Meet your Tour Director at the airport and transfer by private motorcoach to your hotel in Manhattan. After checking in and getting settled, begin exploring the city from above with a visit to the Top of the Rock Observation Deck, offering sweeping views of Central Park, Midtown, and the Empire State Building.
This evening, enjoy a group welcome dinner in Midtown, followed by a visit to Times Square, where dazzling billboards, street performers, and buzzing crowds create one of the most iconic scenes in the world. Stroll past Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center before returning to your hotel for the night.
Day 2: Broadway Workshop + Cultural Immersion
Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before heading to a professional Broadway rehearsal studio—where real performers, choreographers, and musicians train daily. Students participate in a Broadway-style workshop led by industry professionals, with sessions that may include vocal technique, musical theater choreography, acting, stage combat, behind-the-scenes tech, or audition preparation.
After lunch in Bryant Park, surrounded by Midtown’s skyscrapers, visit the National September 11 Memorial & Museum for a meaningful and reflective experience.
This evening, enjoy dinner at Chelsea Market, one of the city’s most beloved culinary halls, followed by an optional nighttime walk along the High Line, an elevated park with spectacular city views. Return to the hotel to rest up for performance day.
Day 3: Student Performance in New York City
After breakfast, travel to your performance venue—one of NYC’s inspiring public spaces such as The Intrepid, The Oculus at the World Trade Center, Central Park Bandshell, or a Midtown cultural atrium. Share your talents with an international audience of tourists, locals, and families—an unforgettable highlight of the trip.
Enjoy lunch near Battery Park or Central Park (depending on venue), then board the ferry for a visit to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, two of America’s most iconic landmarks. Explore the Ellis Island Museum and walk the same halls where millions of immigrants began their American journeys.
Tonight, enjoy dinner in the Theater District before experiencing one of the most exciting moments of the program: attending a Broadway show. Students take in world-class performances that inspire and ignite artistic passion.
Day 4: Central Park & Departure
Enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel before heading into Central Park for a morning stroll past Bethesda Fountain, Bow Bridge, the Mall, and other iconic locations filled with musicians, artists, and performers. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight home, departing New York City with new friendships, artistic inspiration, and the thrill of having performed in one of the world’s greatest cultural capitals.
