Day 1 – March 29: Arrival in Hawai‘i & Welcome Dinner

Your journey begins as you arrive in Honolulu, where you’re greeted with a warm “Aloha” and the laid-back energy of island life. After transferring to your hotel and settling in, gather as a group for a welcome meeting to kick off the experience and preview the days ahead.

This evening, enjoy your first taste of Hawai‘i with a group dinner—an opportunity to connect, unwind, and start to take it all in. The palm trees, ocean breeze, and sense of place make it clear: you’ve arrived somewhere special.

Day 2 – March 30: University Clinic & Ocean Adventure

After breakfast, head to the beautiful University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa for a morning immersed in music. Work alongside talented clinicians in instrumental and vocal clinics, gaining insight, refining your skills, and experiencing what it’s like to learn in a collegiate setting.

Following lunch, set out on a catamaran sailing excursion. Glide across turquoise waters with sweeping views of the coastline—an unforgettable way to experience O‘ahu from a different perspective.

Wrap up the day with a relaxed group dinner, reflecting on a day that blends learning, adventure, and the spirit of the islands.

Day 3 – March 31: History, Performance & Local Culture

This morning, step into one of the most important historical sites in the United States with a visit to Pearl Harbor, including the USS Missouri Memorial. This powerful experience offers space for reflection and a deeper understanding of history.

Following your visit, your group will share its talents through a special performance in a meaningful setting—bringing your music to life in a place that carries real significance.

Later, head to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet to explore local vendors, discover unique souvenirs, and experience the vibrant energy of the island community.

Day 4 – April 1: Service & Diamond Head

Begin the day by giving back. Take part in a meaningful service project supporting local environmental efforts—an opportunity to connect more deeply with Hawai‘i while making a positive impact.

After lunch, hike up Diamond Head State Monument. As you climb, take in sweeping views of the coastline and the Pacific stretching endlessly beyond.

This evening, gather for a beachside BBQ dinner—ocean breezes, great food, and a Hawaiian sunset creating one of those moments students won’t forget.

Day 5 – April 2: Mālama ʻĀina, Dole & Luau Celebration

Today begins with a powerful, hands-on experience at Kualoa Ranch, where you’ll take part in a Mālama ʻĀina (care for the land) service activity—learning about Hawaiian culture while contributing to the preservation of this special place.

Continue the day with a visit to the iconic Dole Plantation, where you’ll explore the famous pineapple maze and learn more about Hawai‘i’s agricultural history.

In the evening, come together for a traditional Hawaiian luau—an unforgettable celebration filled with local cuisine, music, and cultural performances that bring the spirit of the islands to life.
