Day by Day Itinerary
May 18, 2027 - Rocky Steps, Museum Explorations, and Phillies Baseball
Depart Nock Middle School and travel to Philadelphia, arriving near the Philadelphia Museum of Art for a chance to climb the iconic Rocky Steps and take in the city skyline.
Students will then divide into smaller groups for an afternoon of educational exploration. Depending on their selected experience, they may investigate the history and striking Gothic architecture of Eastern State Penitentiary, encounter fascinating medical artifacts at the Mütter Museum, explore interactive scientific discoveries at the Franklin Institute, stand where the Declaration of Independence was debated and signed at Independence Hall, or discover Philadelphia’s vibrant public-art culture on a guided mural walk.
After settling into the hotel, the group will head to Citizens Bank Park for dinner and an evening watching the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Miami Marlins.
May 19, 2027 - American History, Museum Explorations, and a Delaware River Cruise
Following breakfast, students will continue exploring Philadelphia in smaller groups. At the National Constitution Center, interactive exhibits and the immersive Freedom Rising presentation bring the story of the U.S. Constitution and American civic life to the stage. At the United States Mint, students can see how the nation’s coins are produced and learn about the history of American currency.
The group will have lunch at Reading Terminal Market, where students can choose from a variety of local and international foods.
In the afternoon, students will take part in another selected cultural or educational experience. Options include Eastern State Penitentiary, the Mütter Museum, the Franklin Institute, Independence Hall, or the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, where dinosaur skeletons, wildlife dioramas, live animals, and hands-on fossil exhibits reveal the wonders of the natural world.
The day concludes with dinner, dancing, and unforgettable views of the Philadelphia skyline during an evening cruise on the Delaware River.
May 20, 2027 - Liberty Island and the Statue of Liberty
After breakfast, depart Philadelphia and travel to New Jersey, where the group will take a ferry to Liberty Island and visit the Statue of Liberty.
Standing in New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty offers students a powerful encounter with an enduring symbol of freedom, democracy, and opportunity. On the island, students can explore the Statue of Liberty Museum, view the original 1886 torch, discover the ideas and engineering behind the monument, and experience multimedia exhibits that bring its history to life. A visit to the pedestal area offers an up-close perspective on the statue’s construction along with incredible views of New York Harbor.
Following the visit, the group will begin traveling back to Nock Middle School.

180 days or more prior to departure: Full refund less the $150 non-refundable enrollment deposit and any other non-refundable fees.
179–120 days prior to departure: Full refund less 35% of the total program price and any other non-refundable fees.
119–60 days prior to departure: Full refund less 50% of the total program price and any other non-refundable fees.
59 days or less prior to departure: No refund.

This medical cancellation protection plan is provided by The Global Citizen Program. The plan provides a full refund (less $95 paid for the plan) if your child needs to cancel their program up to 24 hours prior to departure for medical reasons. A doctor’s note is required. This plan must be purchased when you enroll on the program.
