Day 1: Departure Day

Your Greek adventure begins! Board your flight, excited to explore the ancient history, stunning islands, and vibrant culture of Greece.

Day 2: Arrival in Athens and Evening Welcome Walk

Kalos Orisate! Arrive in Athens, where your Program Director will greet you at the airport. Transfer to your centrally located hotel and settle in. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and an orientation walk through the Plaka neighborhood, soaking in the charm of Athens’ historic streets.

Day 3: Exploring Ancient Athens

Dive into Greece’s rich history with a guided tour of the Acropolis, visiting the iconic Parthenon, Temple of Athena Nike, and the Erechtheion. Explore the Acropolis Museum, filled with ancient artifacts. In the afternoon, enjoy a stroll through the bustling Monastiraki market, perfect for picking up souvenirs. End the day with dinner at a traditional Greek taverna.

Day 4: Saronic Gulf Day Cruise

Set sail on a Saronic Gulf Day Cruise, visiting the islands of Aegina, Hydra, and Poros. Swim in crystal-clear waters, explore picturesque towns, and learn about local culture. Return to Athens in the evening!

Day 5: Travel to Mykonos

Board a ferry to Mykonos, the glamorous island known for its whitewashed buildings and crystal-clear waters. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodations and enjoy a walking tour of Mykonos Town, exploring its charming alleys, iconic windmills, and Little Venice.

Day 6: Beach Day and Cooking Class in Mykonos

Spend the morning relaxing on one of Mykonos’ famous beaches. Swim in the turquoise waters, lounge on the sand, or play group games by the shore. In the afternoon, participate in a hands-on Greek cooking class, where you’ll prepare traditional dishes like tzatziki, moussaka, or spanakopita using fresh local ingredients. Enjoy the meal you’ve prepared as your dinner for the evening.

Day 7: Travel to Santorini and Caldera Excursion

Take a ferry to the stunning island of Santorini, known for its dramatic cliffs and blue-domed churches. Upon arrival, set out on an excursion to the Santorini Caldera, where you’ll hike up the volcano for breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Afterward, swim in the island’s natural hot springs. Return to your accommodations and enjoy a relaxing dinner overlooking the caldera.

Day 8: Santorini Highlights and Sunset in Oia

Begin your day with a visit to Akrotiri, the ancient Minoan settlement preserved by volcanic ash. Learn about Santorini’s history and mythology. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to relax or explore. In the evening, head to Oia for its world-famous sunset, a picture-perfect moment to capture with your group.

Day 9: Return to Athens and Night Walk to the Hill of the Muses

Travel back to Athens by ferry and settle into your accommodations. After dinner, take an enchanting nighttime walk to the Hill of the Muses (Filopappou Hill). Enjoy panoramic views of the illuminated Acropolis and the sparkling city below while learning about the hill’s historical and mythological significance.

Day 10: Excursion to Cape Sounion and Farewell Dinner

Take a scenic drive along the Athenian Riviera to Cape Sounion, home to the stunning Temple of Poseidon. Learn about the history and mythology of this iconic site while enjoying breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Spend time exploring the area and taking in the coastal scenery. Return to Athens in the evening for a festive farewell dinner, celebrating your incredible journey with your group.

Day 11: Departure Day

Say goodbye to Greece and transfer to the airport for your return flight home. Take with you unforgettable memories of Athens and the Greek Islands.
