Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Depart for Scotland
Depart the U.S. on an overnight flight to Edinburgh, Scotland, excited to begin your golf and cultural adventure in one of the sport’s most historic destinations!
Day 2 – Welcome to Edinburgh
Upon arrival in Edinburgh, you’ll be greeted by your local Program Director and transported to your centrally located hotel. After settling in, take an immersive orientation walking tour through the city’s historic core—explore the Royal Mile, discover hidden courtyards, and breathe in the stories etched into every cobblestone. Later, enjoy a welcome dinner and get to know your fellow travelers.
Day 3 - Edinburgh Castle and Harry Potter Walk
Start your day with a guided walk that takes you inside Edinburgh Castle—perched dramatically atop Castle Rock, offering sweeping views across the city. In the afternoon, step into the magical world of Harry Potter with an immersive walking tour, winding through the alleyways and places that inspired J.K. Rowling’s storybook streets. Preserve some energy for an early evening climb up Arthur’s Seat—a short hike, and you’re treated to a breathtaking sunset over the skyline.
Day 4 – Golf at Leven Links
Journey to Dundee and tee off at Leven Links—one of golf’s oldest and most atmospheric courses, beloved by purists for its dramatic coastal backdrop. Afterward, return to town for a walking tour featuring Dundee’s creative spirit and must-see public spaces, walk along the River Tay, snap street art photos, or pose with the quirky penguin statues that pepper the city.
Day 5 – St Andrews Golf Experience & Driving Range
Spend the day in the birthplace of golf—St Andrews. Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the legendary St Andrews Golf Course, visit the British Golf Museum, and participate in a group golf lesson and driving range session. Enjoy dinner in Dundee, reflecting on the once-in-a-lifetime experience of golfing where the game began.
Day 6 – St Andrews Town Tour & Golf at Blairgowrie Golf Club
Begin your morning with a walking tour through the historic charms of St Andrews, including a visit to its renowned university—Scotland’s oldest—and the lively old town. In the afternoon, head to Blairgowrie Golf Club in Perthshire. Founded in 1889, Blairgowrie features two championship 18-hole courses.
Day 7 – Golf at North Inch Golf Course & Travel to Glasgow
Start your day with a round at North Inch Golf Course, perched on one of Perth’s parkland Inches—playing grounds for more than 500 years—where the modern layout owes much to a course designed by Old Tom Morris in the 1860s. In the afternoon, travel west to Glasgow, Scotland’s vibrant cultural capital. After settling in, embark on a walking tour where history, modern architecture, and creativity converge. Wander through Royal Exchange Square, encounter the Duke of Wellington statue under its famous traffic cone, and explore the striking Gallery of Modern Art—all set against Glasgow’s lively street art and musical heritage.
Day 8 – Golf at Cathkin Braes & Explore Underground Edinburgh
Play your final round of golf at Cathkin Braes, Glasgow’s oldest golf course with beautiful views over the city. Then return to Edinburgh in the afternoon and explore the Real Mary King’s Close—an unforgettable underground tour that dives into Edinburgh’s hidden history. Wrap up the trip with a celebratory farewell dinner.
Day 9 – Depart for Home
Say goodbye to Scotland and head to the airport for your flight home, with unforgettable memories of golf, history, and culture.
