May 31, 2025 - Departure Day
Embark on your journey to South Africa with your flight to Johannesburg.
June 1, 2025 - Johannesburg
Arrive in Johannesburg and meet your local Travel Director. Transfer to your hotel and settle in before enjoying a group welcome dinner.
June 2, 2025 - Johannesburg
Dive into Johannesburg’s history on a cultural and political tour. Visit Constitution Hill to explore its historic sites, including the Old Fort, Women’s Jail, and Number Four. Learn about its complex past and the significance of the Constitutional Court. Later, join a bicycle tour through Soweto Township, where you’ll discover landmarks, hear stories of the student uprisings, and visit the homes of Nelson Mandela and Bishop Desmond Tutu.
June 3-5, 2025: Karongwe Private Game Reserve
Travel to Karongwe Private Game Reserve for a 3-day safari adventure. Experience five game drives, including early morning outings, where you might spot big cats returning from their hunts. Attend a talk on South Africa’s conservation efforts for their wildlife and parks. During your stay, take a scenic Panorama Route Tour to marvel at breathtaking sites like the Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and the Three Rondawels.
June 6, 2025 - Victoria Falls
Fly to Zimbabwe and transfer to your hotel near Victoria Falls. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.
June 7, 2025 - Victoria Falls
Take a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the world’s most stunning natural wonders. Experience the awe-inspiring power and beauty of “The Smoke that Thunders.” Learn about the area’s unique flora, fauna, and wildlife.
June 8, 2025 - Victoria Falls
Participate in the “Through the Eyes of the Elephant” experience. Gain insight into the challenges facing elephants and how conservation efforts, like those by Zambezi Elephant Welfare and Conservation Trust, are making a difference.
June 9, 2025 - Cape Town
Fly to Cape Town and ascend Table Mountain via cable car for panoramic views of the city. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Djembe Drumming dinner experience.
June 10, 2025 - Cape Town
Visit Boulders Beach to see the famous penguin colony and kayak through their natural habitat. Continue along the scenic Chapman’s Peak Drive to Cape Point. Explore Cape Point Reserve, ride the Funicular to the lighthouse, and take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. End the day with dinner at the V&A Waterfront.
June 11, 2025 - Cape Town
Take a ferry to Robben Island and learn about its history on a tour led by former inmates. In the afternoon, explore Bo-Kaap’s colorful streets and participate in a hands-on Cape Malay cooking workshop, immersing yourself in the area’s cultural heritage.
June 12, 2025 - Cape Town
Give back to the community through a philanthropic tour. Engage with local projects, such as women’s skills workshops, animal protection centers, youth development initiatives, or refugee training programs. Contribute your time and energy to meaningful causes while connecting with local communities.
June 13, 2025 - Cape Town
Depart from Cape Town International Airport to begin your journey home.
