THE GLOBAL CITIZEN PROGRAM
Booking Conditions:
The Global Citizen Program trips are organized by Hart Travel Partners LLC, hereafter referred to as “HTP”.
These Booking Conditions are valid for all travel programs departing January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
Estimated Program Pricing:
Estimated pricing is $2,999 per student based on quad occupancy and $3,329 per adult based on twin occupancy. This pricing is based on 46 paying participants and three complimentary teacher-leaders accommodated in twin rooms.
Pricing is subject to change until all participant names have been submitted and group reservations have been confirmed. Adjustments may result from changes in group size, airline availability, fuel surcharges, taxes, supplier rates, currency fluctuations, or other costs outside HTP’s reasonable control. HTP will notify NCCS of any pricing adjustment before finalizing the affected reservations.

Program Director
Daily Breakfast and Dinner
Excursions, sightseeing tours, entrance fees and transfers as per itinerary
24 hour emergency service
What is not typically included (please refer to your itinerary for specific inclusions):
Beverages with meals (such as soft drinks, juices, etc)
Expenses during free time activities
Passport and visa fees
Airline checked and overweight baggage fees to be paid directly to the airline
Itinerary Changes:
HTP may modify an itinerary because of under-enrollment, supplier availability, or other operational considerations. HTP reserves the right to adjust program fees based on final group size and to modify the order of the itinerary, airlines, hotels, activities, attractions, or other program arrangements. Requested departure and return dates are subject to flexibility of up to one calendar day earlier or later. If an attraction or activity is unavailable or closed, including because of a holiday, HTP may substitute a reasonably comparable alternative. Changes permitted under this paragraph are not grounds for withdrawal with a full refund. However, if HTP changes the departure or return date by more than one calendar day, participants may cancel and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
All programs are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of participants.
Duration of Program :
Each program begins upon take-off from your departure airport in the USA and ends upon landing at the return airport in the USA. For participants making their own flight/bus arrangements the program starts upon arrival at the first hotel and ends upon departure from the last hotel in the program. The official HTP program does not include extended travel arrangements made before or after the program.
Enrollment/Payments:
We recommend that participants register as soon as possible as space is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Participants should register with their names as they appear or will appear on their passports/state-issued identification. We will assess a $150 name change fee plus any additional airline charges for any registered participant who requests a name change in writing.
A late enrollment fee of $250 will be applied for anyone who enrolls under 90 days prior to departure, plus any additional airfare. Full payment is due at enrollment.
Payments can be made by check or via ACH payment from your checking or savings account, or with a credit card (credit card transaction fees apply.)
Payment Schedule:
June 15th: $300 deposit per person
October 15th: 50% of program cost due
January 15th Final balance due

Returned Checks/Late Payments:
There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks and/or late payments.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including by email. The date of the cancellation is the date on which we receive the notice. Payments cannot be transferred to another account.
Replacements for cancellations can be accepted until 120 days before departure for a $150 fee plus any incremental airline fees that are charged.
120 days or more prior to departure:
Full refund less $1,200 cancelation fee.
119-60 days prior to departure:
Full refund less 50% of program cost and insurance premium if purchased.
59 days or less prior to departure:
No refund.
